Privacy notice

What we collect. Your name, email, ZIP code and mobile number; photos of your receipt; the PayPal email or Venmo number you want paid; and, to prevent fraud, device, network and approximate location information.

What we do with it. Your contact details are added to our customer list at JeeSauce.com; you only receive marketing email if you ticked the box. Your mobile number is used once, to send a confirmation code. Your receipt is read to confirm the purchase. Your PayPal or Venmo details are used only to send the rebate.

What we keep. We use device, network and approximate location information to prevent fraud; we don't keep it after your claim is decided, except anonymous fingerprints used to enforce the claim limits. Receipt photos are deleted when your claim is decided (or 30 days later if a person reviewed it). Your payment details are deleted once the rebate is sent.

Who else sees it. Twilio (text codes), PayPal (payments), Shopify (our customer list), Anthropic (the receipt is transcribed by an AI service and not retained by it), Cloudflare (bot protection) and IPinfo (network checks). Each receives only what it needs.

Your choices. Email rebate@jeesauce.com to unsubscribe, ask what we hold about a claim, or have it deleted. Every claim has a claim number; quote it.
